Our onboarding process comprises several steps to help you begin using our services. This includes setting up your account, enrolling in certification programs, and accessing course materials.

The duration of the onboarding process depends on the complexity of your requirements and the number of users you need to onboard. Our team will work closely with you to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience.

Once onboarding is complete, your accounts will be ready to be associated with the vendor of your choice. A monthly subscription will be set up, and we will provide details for direct debit/ACH/standing order payments. Association will occur upon receipt of the first subscription payment.

Throughout your subscription, we guarantee that you will have a certified engineer associated with your account at the required level.

Our subscriptions have no minimum term, and you can cancel at any time. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until you decide to cancel.

Upon cancellation, engineers will be removed from your vendor account and made available for association with other accounts. If you wish to re-associate them with your account, a new onboarding process will be required.
